She has captivated audiences of middle and high school students, college and graduate students, women's groups, and international conferences. Jayla has also delivered powerful keynotes at graduations and conferences centering diversity.
Jayla's research interests in purpose and personal experiences have fueled her passion for conducting keynotes and workshops on the topic. Her mission is to help anyone, regardless of age or stage, to unlock and better understand their purpose, empowering them to live it out. Jayla also facilitates workshops and personal sessions on building vision boards, using one's story for change-making, choosing joy, graduate school applications, and professional development for students.
